Welcome to People View Event Management ("PeopleView," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and People View. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

For organizations managing events, products, and services

For authorized partners and resellers
You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, or display on the Services ("User Content"), including but not limited to:

This license exists only to operate and improve the Services and ends when you delete your content or close your account (except for content shared with others or as required by law).

Certain features require payment. All prices are in USD (or your local currency) and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
If payment fails, we may suspend your account after notice. We may use debt collection services for overdue amounts.
The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, are owned by People View and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
"People View," our logos, and related marks are trademarks of PeopleView. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice to [email protected].
You may close your account anytime via Account Settings. Upon closure, your subscription will be cancelled and content will be deleted per our retention policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PEOPLE VIEW, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:
Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless People View from any claims arising from Subscriber's use of the Services. Subscriber understands there may be loss of services due to downtime arising from product upgrades, defects or other causes. Subscriber agrees that People View shall not be liable for any damages arising from such downtime.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeopleView and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve within 60 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access. Small claims court is also available for qualifying disputes.
